On September 7, our beloved Oly Station will close its distinctive entrance gates for at least three years for renovations…

Time for one last visit under the tent roof!

Duration approx. 2 to 2.5 hours

Cost: EUR 21 per person (including stadium entrance)

Who doesn't get emotional at the thought of legendary football matches, great sporting events, or thrilling encores from great music legends in the expansive arena of our Olympic arena? Even if Günther Behnisch's tent roof construction can't offer all-round protection from the rain, it's always an experience to be swept away by the action beneath the daring roof structure on the iconic green seats with thousands of others.

And because that won't be possible for the next three years, I decided to pay the stadium one last visit as part of a guided tour of the Olympic Park. After a quick visit to the Olympic Village and a brief visit to the memorial to the Olympic attack, we headed to the sports facilities, where the architects, designers, and landscapers' ideas for a cosmopolitan and democratic Games are still evident in every detail. You just have to discover them first – and who knows, maybe we'll even run into little Waldi in his colorful striped outfit?

Registration: Directly via a Email me, The meeting point will be communicated afterwards.

The tour is based on my usual Guided tour of the Olympic Park, but this time the focus is on the stadium layout.

I'm looking forward to everyone joining me on this tour! If you're interested in Munich, just come along!
