Join me for a stroll through a neighborhood where one has almost forgotten that Munich's culinary needs are still catered for here today. But where Munich's first central slaughterhouse and cattle yard were built almost 150 years ago, the cityscape is changing so rapidly that it's hard to keep up. Experience with me the traces of the past and how the area currently presents itself: colorful and diverse in art, culture, and cuisine, as well as young and traditional, between the abandoned container site and the new Volkstheater. We then move through the Dreimühlenviertel to the famous Ammersee steamer on the bridge, where you can confidently sail into the weekend!
