After more than 10 years of renovations, the Königsbau reopened its doors to visitors a few years ago. On a guided tour through the royal apartments of King Ludwig I and his wife Therese, we will be impressed by the magnificently restored furnishings. Even the walls and floors tell their own stories! Naturally, the palace, commissioned at the beginning of the 19th century, is also a reflection of its time, which we will also explore.
We will only briefly touch upon the collections of tableware, silverware and porcelain before bringing the tour to a truly legendary conclusion in the Nibelung Halls.
